tracpode tripod for lifting

This video shows the standard tracpode + minifor^TM for lifting operations. The tracpode comes with a leg strap. If you use this leg strap, the tracpode is able to lift loads between 250 kg - 500 kg (the leg strap must be fitted).

Tractel® minifor^TM

The minifor^TM is a hoist from Tractel®. TR10, TR30, TR50 are 3 models meant for 100 kg, 300 kg and 500 kg respectively.

Installing the wire rope assembly

The tapered end of the rope is popped into the drive of the minifor^TM. One end of the rope is limited by fitting it with a spring assembly using an allen key.

• tracpode is ideal for use in confined spaces - the diameter of the manhole can be from 1.2 to 1.85 m
• tripod with adjustable lenghts - The lengths can be shortened by removing the spring loaded locking pins
