By scanning the QR code attached to a product or its packaging, users can view or download the relevant documents. Tracinfo also allows users to store the service record and other key life-cycle information for their products. The service is free and can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, or computers without the need to install any software.

Using any QR code scanner you can scan the QR code that is on the product or packaging. Following the link stored in the QR code will open a mini website specifically built for your product.
That means that the information shown is not generic - but specifically tailored to the exact product you scanned.
When the product finished the manufacturing process, we stored the relevant documents for that exact item on a mini-website within Tracinfo. While on this website you can access or download information and documents specific to your product. These include:
Tracinfo offers registered users some advanced functionalities, which makes managing your product easier. In particular you can add details of any periodic inspections or maintenance jobs that have been carried out. You can also set reminders for future inspections based on a frequency-interval of your choosing.
Record the date the product was first used, which can be the starting point for the next periodic inspection.
Keep track of which user has been assigned which equipment.
Receive email reminders when the equipment is due a next periodic inspection. You can choose the inspection interval to suit your requirements.
